This is my side. You're probably laughing at how long it took me to do so little in here, but I'm ridiculously picky about accessories, and I have a hard time setting it all up.
I found the apothecary jars at Hobby Lobby for 50% off, and I actually found the sponges at Pottery Barn. I really wanted real sponges, so it took awhile to find the right ones.
This is my Goat Milk Stuff soap that I bought awhile back. Micah really likes it and has been sneaking some from the jar, so I'll probably be ordering some more sometime soon. :)
This window ledge was the hardest part. I've had the waschloths rolled up next to the bath salts for awhile now, but I just found the candle holder a few weeks ago. When I bought it, it was dark brown, so I spraypainted it white. And I knew I wanted something to function as a bookend on the right so I could keep the books that I'm reading near the tub (my favorite reading spot). I found the lantern recently at Hobby Lobby and thought it was the perfect size, color, and style.
I already showed you Micah's side, but here's another peek.
I love it! I think we have very similar tastes. I've started a wine cork collection to do something similar to what you did with Micah's sink.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Brittany! It's sort of hilarious that I drink almost zero wine but have an ENORMOUS wine cork collection thanks to my sweet aunt and uncle. Let me know if you ever need any! :)
ReplyDeleteI am a little jealous of your vanity seat. We have a teeny tiny bathroom and in our next house, I WILL have a vanity seat.
ReplyDeleteI love that candle stick! It's perfect there.:)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bathroom, Ryan! It's OK to take your time pulling a room together. You don't want to just fill a space. You want to create a home you'll both love. ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining Time Travel Thursday this week. I hope you will be a regular participant in the weekly fun. ;)
