I looked like this.

This year...


I look like this. 

The change is subtle, but I can definitely see it.  This is motivation to keep going.  To start a new week with renewed discipline after all the cheating this weekend.  And to hope that next year's picture will show an even more dramatic change. :)

(My sister-in-law, of course, is as beautiful as ever.  Love her.)

    You look great! I think it's tough for someone like you who hides your weight well (honestly, I never would have guessed you wanted to diet,) because it's not going to be a big, dramatic reveal, but I can tell the difference. You always look fabulous!
