Funny or not?

I've watched this YouTube video probably twelve times in the last twenty-four hours.  I think it is absolutely hilarious.  Mostly because Kristen Bell is so utterly adorable, but also because I can totally relate to the emotional scale she talks about.  I can't tell you how many times I've had to utter an "I don't know" to Micah as I've started crying for no good reason at all.

I showed it to Micah last night, expecting him to be overcome in a fit of laughter the way I am every time I watch it, but he didn't get it at all.  So help us settle our debate:  funny or not?
