Tonight I ran for twenty minutes without stopping.
It was awful.
And awesome.
And I feel like my legs might fall off. (Especially after the dadgum "sexy legs workout" I did last night.)
But I did it, and I suppose that's what counts. :)

I went to do my run last night and got abdominal cramps like never before. I ended up walking the rest of the 20 minutes home. Not too sure what was going on, but I felt defeated, and I really hope that doesn't happen again.

When I tried to run when I hadn't fully recovered from my bronchitis, I started having difficulty breathing before I even finished the warmup walk and had just turn right around and go home. It was such a letdown! But the next time was much better for me, and I'm sure you'll feel much better the next time you go! :)

Courtney, when I started at the end of January, I couldn't even run ONE minute!! But I've been doing Couch-to-5K, and it's the real deal!
The last run I did was an eight-minute run, followed by a five-minute walk, followed by another eight-minute run. And I was just so sure I wouldn't be able to make the jump up to twenty minutes, but somehow I did! I guess those crazy Couch-to-5K guys know what they're doing. :)
