And in addition to sharing this week's verse, I wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing with the memorizing! Some verses have been easier and some have been more difficult for me, but overall it has been such an amazing experience so far.
One thing I've been trying to do is to recite ALL the verses as I'm learning the new verse. That way I know I'm not forgetting the ones I've already done, and I can kind of place the verses in relation to one another, so it's easier to recall the location for each verse. (So, for example, I remember that there are two verses from Psalm 119 and another from Psalm 118, so that makes it easier for me to recall Week 4 when I blank out.)
I hope you guys are enjoying it too, and definitely don't worry if you started late or haven't gotten all the verses down yet... we've got plenty of 2012 left! :)
