Happy Thanksgiving...

Sorry y'all.  In the midst of all the eating, I didn't get a chance to post yesterday.  We had a great day with family, and I'm nog gonna lie... I enjoyed some DELICIOUS food.  I told myself that, rather than deal with the guilt of trying to stay on the diet and failing, I'd just give myself a pass for the day.  But I did limit myself to only one plate of food, and I didn't have any dessert.  Just lots and lots of carbs. :)

For the first time in several years I was able to celebrate Thansgiving with my Dad's side of the family and had a great time.

It was an embarassment of riches... there was SO much delicious food.  And I loved spending time with my family.
